Terms of use

Last updated 9 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the PMIflo website at pmiflo.com and, for authorised users, the PMIflo operations dashboard. By using the site you accept them. Questions are welcome at alain@escoproperty.co.uk.

1. What PMIflo is — and isn't

PMIflo is back-office automation software for UK health-insurance brokerages. It is operated for the brokerages that deploy it. PMIflo is not an insurance intermediary, does not provide financial, insurance or regulated advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation of any insurance product. Advice is given only by the authorised advisers of the brokerage that serves you.

2. Use of this website

3. Dashboard access

4. Platform service terms

Use of the PMIflo platform by a brokerage — including service levels, data processing, fees and liability between us and the brokerage — is governed by the separate agreement entered into with that brokerage, which prevails over these website terms in any conflict.

5. Intellectual property

The PMIflo name, wordmark, site content and software are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce them, other than viewing the site as intended, without written permission.

6. Liability

The public website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on its content or from interruption of the public site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability in respect of the platform service itself is dealt with in the brokerage agreement described in section 4.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data — including demo enquiries and client data processed on behalf of brokerages — is described in our privacy policy.

8. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. We may revise these terms by updating this page and the date above.
